		<description>the bill will just induce sexual gratification on teens. i agree that married couples should be introduced with some options but i think that teens should be taught SELF CONTROL. many teens would engage in casual sex if the part of the bill that teaches birth control on teens wouldn&#039;t be amended.</description>

		<description>Passage into law of the RH Bill may lead to additional opportunity for corruptions in the Philippine government such as condom scam or ghost deliveries, to glaring promiscuity among the Filipino youth which may progress to homosexuality, and to realization that RH law is ineffective to reduce population (as being aimed at) due to lack of taxpayers&#039; money to buy and distribute free condoms for the use of 4.9 million Filipino youth, anytime, anywhere.  Next to RH Bill, bill on same-sex marriages and divorce, pro-abortion and pro-euthanasia bills  will most likely follow.</description>
