Thanks, Javits, for linking. Sourav will be missed sorely by his fans. It’s been a wonderful 10-12 years that he’s given us and Indian cricket. He’s definitely taken India forward and raised the bar.

I didn’t expect my writing to be quoted on a a site such as Global voices.

Supporting him the last two years has been an eye-opener. When it was fashionable to spew hatred towards him on the internet. The ‘era’ when there were sites with names like ihateganguly.whatever – were mushrooming.
