		<description>I think that like here in the USA the government may do well to use some of its surplus oil money to propose and sponsor a subsidy program spanning all sector of agriculture in T&amp;T.  Without a concerted effort by the government, including subsidies in the early years of the program there will not be an effective use of resources. There need to be planning and maybe virtual compartment as to what is farmed where, to avoid too much of one thing and too little of another.</description>
