If they can have acceptable level of Melamine in milk, there will be some acceptable level of Mercury and lead. may be Uranium. I tried to stay from China made products for more than 5 years. I have to buy expensive ccloths and materials that I need but I am happy with what I've paid. Sometimes it is really hard to get something which is not made in China. This is the time that the whole world should learn from what happened. This is not the first time and will happen in the future agian. No more Made in China.

I am a college blogger and for our group, we did a blog that corresponds to college students about world issues. The milk scare in China is in two of our blogs. I liked the fact that there are other bloggers out there who find this important as well. I liked your quotes from other bloggers. I am constantly on this blog, looking at world news and listening to what other bloggers have to say!

In one country, Mr. Health Minister admitted that he doesn't know what "melamine" is.

In one country, Mr. Health Minister prefers strong relationship with China to giving formal warning or issuing "keep out of the shelf" order for any product suspected.
