So the US just violated Pakistani air space and sent three heicopters in to attack a certain village killing more civilians than “terrorists” even though the Pakistani government had told them not to ever do that ! Whats this about Bush saying to “respect Georgia’s sovereignty” ! He speaks with a “forked tongue”. The US is also looking for an excuse to bomb Pakistan, and they are going to do it !

I just read an information on http://www.dailymail.co.uk that Georgian troops killed at least 2000 civilians and Russian troops killed 129 civilians….

So, who was the aggressor?

This blog is turning into a R v US blog.

I am from the far east and neutral.

Facts:
1. Georgia started this all by turning her military to civilians. She claimed provocation.
2. Russia slaughtered them and declared independence to A and S.O.

I don’t take any sides, just let them fight it out. Why?

If G kills S.O. because of provocation, G becomes the murderer. Provocation is not a defence. R kills G. R becomes a murderer, self- defence is a valid defence, but again quite doubtfully applied here.

So, let them do what they want, if R finishes G, let it be. ‘Dumb’ suggest this is for real and not a show, but then if you have blood on your hands, why bother to shout murder and cry for help? Que Sera Sera.

I meant in previous post that the only country that benefit from this war is US. And it does not depend much from Russian actions, are they fast and confident, or slow and ineffective. It did not matter.

I’ve heard your point of view before. But I do not understand US, why they suppose that Russia will not be able to solve this conflict quickly? I suppose it was obvious for Russian government that Georgia will try attack S.O. again. Everything pointed on this. The only right things to do in this situation is the way Russia act. Actually Russia is not winner now (US created economic blockade occasion), and it could not be a winner if the war took as long as they predicted. They can crash our economics now. Easily. But I would like it much more than World War 3…

Unfortunately nobody wants to see Russia strong. Thats the thing.

I tend to disagree. US obviously lost this game period to Russia. They wanted to impose game plan on Russia pushing Georgia to get Russia into war conflict. That was the plan. Nobody expected strong and fast reaction from Russia. The plan was to create a small mess in Chinvali, get Russian military to react and create a BIG fuss out of it making Russia look “bad guy”. This would be a good opportunity for the US to push Europe to welcome Georgia in NATO. Russian dudes realized they are “bad guy” either way, they are bad guys by default if you wish. So, they quickly messed up US cards and imposed their own game plan, namely: They made Saakashvilli look like a stupid monkey; ruined his army; blocked airports, ports; they showed new NATO puppies like Poland, Baltic countries that US is helpless to do anything to protect them. It was a lesson for Ukraine too.
I guess the entire CIA went bananas watching how much their plans were screwed. They were panicking looking for “response” to Russia to re-establish those puppies’ trust – agreement with Poland was to do it. Now US seem to look like they are not just blah-blah. CIA retards just did not know how to react.
So, in the short period of the game Russia is a winner. It might not win the entire game though. Too many things are against Russia. It may not be able to withstand the pressure. And next moment we know some hot tempered Russian bear will roar: Enough! and push the red button sending nukes… Another had will push the button, and another… Nuclear winter, you know…

Recipe for World Peace: Leave Russia alone. Stop NATO expansion.
Recipe for Russia: win a media war – this one is way more important.
Recipe for US: eh-h…nothing is gonna help its mentally degrading population… It is gonna die by itself – evolution…

The another possible advantage for america is the following. Just imagine that US will freeze all our saving in their economics (it is about $500 billions). And then they will drop into the market their oil savings of 70 millions bars. The price of oil will drop down fast, but Russian economics is very sensitive of it. So we will have the same situation that we have in 1998 in Russia… Moreover we are addicted to food market from the ROW. So if they close food delivery it will be disaster for us.. The only thing that makes me beleive in good future is our nuclear bombs. Only this power can stop them. Unfortunately.

Hi there guys. Im from Russia so sorry for bad english. Actually I do not beleive both sides of the conflict. It is obvious that it was US plan to conquer Osetia and Abhazia to enlarge their shpere of influence and encircle Russia.. But russian sequrities know about this plan long before.. US government wanted us to know! They wanted us to act in this way! Because it give them a lot of advantages. First of all they can now put their preferred candidature on president seat (John McCain). Secondly Georgia can join NATO (under US pressure) much faster now. So anyway there will be a lot of rockets and military forces close to russian borders now. There is bad thing in this situation for all of us. Just imagine if Georgia joins NATO and then attack South Osetia again.. it will begin World War 3! Do you want it? I dont. But we know that US and NATO are repearing Georgia’s army at the moment. Why? Can you guys answer me?

Hey disappointed, I live in Canada too, but I’m married to a Russian and have been to Moscow dozens of times. Tell your friends in Tblisi , that the real war criminals in the world are the Americans! They are also liars, hypocrites and murderers. Remind them about all the tortures and killings of prisoners at Abu garib and Guantanamo, of the rape of a 14 year old Iraq girl and then murder of her and her entire family to cover up the rape by drunken American soldiers, and how they only got a slap on the wrist, and of the Black Water private security contractors slaughtering 17 innocent civilians at an intersection, and then getting immunity from prosecution. The truth is, what the Georgians and Americans are trying to accuse the Russians of doing without proof, the Americans do all the time and get away with it.In fact, just today an American judge refused to jail American soldiers for refusing to testify against fellow soldiers for murdering innocent Iraqis.I even saw an old Georgian lady say on T.V. today that the Russian soldiers were very polite to her and helped her with some food and water. She said the real troublemakers were not Russians but South Ossetian paramilitary. The Georgian people better wake up and realize that the U.S. and the American educated puppet Saakashvilli are only using them for their own personal agenda, part of which is the destruction of Russia. In fact that is the real purpose of the proposed missile base in poland. It’s really aimed at Russia and has nothing to do with this totally absurd story that it is to protect Europe from “Rogue” states, and it is easy to prove. Just look at the map…There are only 3 “rogue” states that the U.S. continually refers to,..Syria, Iran, and North Korea. Well, you must take North Korea out of the equation because it is closer to the U.S. than Europe, so it would be firing missiles east, not west.That leaves Iran and Syria..so look at the map very closely!! The U.S. says it wants to put this interceptor missile base in Eastern Poland, 160 km from the Russian border. That would put it north east of Warsaw. Then if you look at all possible trajectories of missiles from Iran or Syria towards Europe, they could target practically every major city from London to Berlin, to Budapest ,to Rome, and the farthest north one of these missiles would travel would be along the southern border of Austria, well south of Vienna!That would be at least 700 km from the proposed missile base in Poland! So you mean to tell me that the U.S. expects us to believe they will fire an intercept missile from 700 km away and get a successful hit?? They couldn’t even do it successfully on ideal test situations from 100 km!! SOooo…to believe the American bullcrap that these missiles are aimed at “rogue” states, and not at Russia, is an insult to our intelligence! If it were the case, it would have been much more plausible to put these missiles in the Czech republic or southern Italy. If Russia is smart, they will sever all ties and treaties with the west, and resume a massive buildup of it’s nuclear arsenal, with mobile ICBMs! They should also turn off all gas and oil flowing to Europe and the Ukraine at bargain basement prices. Finally, they should say, “Screw you Bush and Nato” and move their tanks into downtown Tblisi and deal with that moron Saakashvilli once and for all.

US is facing economy and energy crisis. They do not know ways out other than getting the entire world into the global mess – this is exactly what they are busy with…
Georgia conflict is just a small drop in the ocean of warning signs: situation around Iran is one of them as well.
Just a small fact: the only country that experienced economy boost during WWI and WWII was the US. Both wars dug this country out of the economical hole. They just sat in the North American continent waiting until Europe and Asia plunge themselves into Stone Age ruining their cities, economy, infrastructure, etc. Once it was all over they rushed to the ruined world to establish a new World order. There they were: winners that did not have a single bomb flying over their head unlike entire Europe or Russia, or Japan…
It is not going to be different this time.
