The one about Poetry was simply copied&paste from http://www.sahara-culture.com
A website made by unionist sahraouis (CORCAS) to promote the culture of Western Sahara more than this absurd cold war conflict.

Don't worry the good work is kept ;-)

Here is another text about Saharawi tea traditions:
http://saharawiyazeina.blogspot.com/2007/08/tea-struggle.html

This one is from a young Saharawi woman's personal blog and not from a Moroccan pr-site, as the earlier one.

Happy reading. :)

This is a custom that also applies in Pakistan and Afghanistan, as Greg Mortenson writes in his book, _Three Cups of Tea_.

My comments on the book are at http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2007/9/4/215753/8080

Traveling in the Sahara many years ago, I enjoyed this tradition many times. It was a treat to have long conversations while the host of the house was preparing the three teas. I was also amused to learn that on special occasions (weddings, etc.) there was a fourth cup of tea, and that on those occasions there might even be a fifth one. That one being the host's polite way of telling the guests that it was time to leave.
3: welcome! / 4: what a special day! / 5: I’m tired!
