Annual Taiwan blogger BoF [zh] (named from “Birds of a feather”) is going to be held on Aug. 3rd in Taipei. Hundreds to thousands of Taiwan bloggers will enjoy the whole-day sessions from online to off-line, and from 00:00 to 24:00. Portnoy will introduce Rising Voice Project in one of those sessions.
