Cyxymu is one of the most well-known Georgian bloggers, and he blogs in Russian on the LiveJournal platform (which a lot of Russians use). Most likely he was targeted because of the one-year anniversary of the war between Georgia and Russia, perhaps he had posted something which someone didn't like recently, I'm not sure.
