If I go to Thailand, I would be gay due to the English influence. Due to Khmerish landscape I would feel more closer to home, but the Thai currently treats the Khmer like shit. Some British writers are so blind about that. They should do more historical research before publishing anymore insults on the Khmer. We are all humans. As for us, we were born as Khmer, read Khmer, write Khmer, speak Khmer, and Khmer language is written on Preah Vihear. We respect highly educated people, we highly admired the neighbors with bigger land, but how do they treat the “small” Khmer while drowning?

Thai is a country brought influence in southeast Asia especially to Cambodia, they can do anything such as created enemy with her neighbor, but at least need to respect independence sovereignty,

Hello everyone! I have just found this website. Very interesting topic by the way. I wholeheartedly agree that Preah Vihear belongs to Cambodia. We Cambodian people must remain strong as our ancestors who had built the country as well as the amazing temples for us to be proud of. Stop arguing with the ones who know nothing but greed. Just like I predicted, war is inevitable. Thai uses her tongue to talk for peace and at the same time uses her arms and legs to encroach Cambodia’s territory.
War over 1.8 miles? That’s crazy! PAD is the culprit and Cambodia is the hostage. There will be no border solution!

heads up. I hope you guys know this but thia’s are khmer cousin, real you guy say this and that but i’m sorry to say this but before their was cambodia ,thailand .loas . and vietnam we all orgin from a place call china the first cambodian was found in the 8th and not the 11th or 12th century. The 1st khmer people was known as funan then khmer all of thailand , laos, and vietnam was a part of cambodia. Thia didn’t come into the picture until a Burmese married a cambodian then khmer king gave a piece of land to them then came a country now know as this thick face thialand. Over the years siam/thia stolen many thing’s such as land ,temple ,artifact, and more. So the thai are khmer and burmese shame on thailand for thinking that temple belong to you.

War is imminent if Thailand keeps encroaching Cambodia’s territories. Thai uses its military might to intimedate Cambodia. The delayed tactics used by Thailand in border negotiation could led to a full scale war between Thai and Khmer. Please read the AFP, this is just one isolated incident. Khmer blood is going to spill along the border…soon!

I am studying in Thailand. I went to Library in Thamamasat University and saw many photos of Preah Vihea temple that they show to all students. I don’t know that they all want the what’s meaning. I don’t thai language, I study English Program so I can speak thai a little. I will tell you more when I know this meaning.
