    Roy is my cousin. I saw him in SVG in March this year, at kite flying in Argyle. We grew up as kids in Sion Hill, I left SVG in 1964.From afar I have been very proud of his accomplishments. May the Carnival man “Rest in peace”

    Roy Ralph is/was one of the best mas man around the region. he was also a great father.
