Hi there! Remember me? We discussed how anyone could afford attending the Budapest Summit. Your explanations and overall understanding attitude made me feel much better that day. Now reading you bio, I understand why. You're perfect for the "Editor's job". Thank you for "looking after us"...

Solana, "They're irresistibly ferocious" might border on marketing slogan territory, but it's the most deadpan, lovingly earnest answer I could've expected from you to the dinosaur question. The little prince would be proud.

finally, somebody i can ask a question that's been bothering me since this new century dawned: is it true, solana, that those "close door" and "open door" buttons on elevators actually don't work? they are there just for the psychological effect of calming down people who are normally impatient with the slowness of elevator doors? i heard this from zizek, the slovenian philosopher. i suspect you may have done voice overs for "door opening" or "door closing" too?

i enjoyed this interview, as i have enjoyed every single one done so far. keep up the great global work!
