I completely agree with Katie-Ella’s concern. This is absurd and extremely prejudiced. Wearing one does NOT make the person a terrorist or indicate that he or she is a advocate of global violence. In fact, I have seen many US armed forces personnel sporting the Arab scarfs; so, are they terrorists?
I remember seeing bloggers heat Rachael Ray about her being promoting violence in the Middle East??? WTF
I understand, former Palestinian leader Arafat wore one… but that’s like saying rainbows are reserved for homosexuals. That would be greedy of one group to ruin something for everyone.
This is stupid. It’s just fashion.
