Dan writes about Perdo Gomes, a Cape Verdian basketballer: “Pedro Gomes is a very important part of the national team, a key man behind the scenes, involved with virtually everything to do with both the men’s and women’s national basketball teams of Cape Verde, the CVNT. Pedro has a very interesting history. At the moment, he is working for the United Nations, UN, on various anti-terrorism and anti-drug trafficking programs.”
