		<description>It is so fortunate to be a Ugandan and living in Uganda!! Blogging is a new arena of expression and sharing information. Information Communication Technology - ICT development in Uganda is in its infancy but picking up. I my research shown while in a Citizen Journalism Institute in Dikili Turkey, the world does not know Uganda and we need to let them know about Uganda.
