You miss what I personally consider the best blog on Zimbabwe today, Denford Magora's Zimbabwe Blog. This is making predictions on Zim politics that come true weeks letter. He is the one who broke the state of emergency story before the opposition knew what was happening.

He is also on facebook, twitter and Afrigator. I think it's worth taking a look: http://denfordmagora.blogspot.com

I think it's important to make as much noise as we can until things change. It's unfortunate people are not allowed to express their feelings and opinions ecause of the laws in Zimbabwe.

Now the Zimbabwe issues seems to be drifting out of the international spotlight whilst at the same time violance against opposition supporters is still going on.

In addtion to create groups in public social networking websites like Myspace and Facebook. There are individuals that are creating their own social netwroking site more focus and tailored to support their causes. Software provided by http://www.rsitez.com allow organizers to have their private social networking environement, customize it to their needs and also collect membership and donations. No technical skills are required and not IT development is needed. In these sites, they also control advertisement and cab generate funds with that. As public sites are more and more scrutinized we will see more of these private sites in the future serving multiple of purposes.
