I think what makes the twitter feeds of Mwai Kibaki and of Robert Mugabe amongst others so effective is that, in the midst of their comedy, they show just how painfully inept and corrupt our leadership is.
Though we may laugh at the idea of Robert shutting down power for laughs, festering in the back of that joke is the awareness that should Robert Mugabe decide, he can shut down the poor simply out of boredom or greed.
