No matter what can be said, the Chinese supporters and counter-protesters have split priorities with not creating a scene, while countering the Anti-PRC groups. This is different from the Anti-PRC groups which have had more time to build organization and who's purpose is to cultivate as much media attention as possible, which includes creating as many scenes as possible.
