		<description>Simply put, this breaks my heart. Those gentlemen definitely must suffer consequences for their actions, even with the race factor aside, is that really a way to treat your hard working elders.
That aside, how low was the self esteem and self confidence of the workers that they were willing to engage in this sort of behavior. My heart really goes to them and all the people in SA and throughout Africa who may be so vulnerable as to be taken advantage of in this way.</description>
