He argues that a decision against the registration system would have constituted a control on freedom of expression. さて今国会で 人権擁護法案 が可決される動きがあるようです。
以前 メディア法 の時はいろんな業界の猛反発を受け廃案となりましたが 今回は話題にもならずに水面下で通しているようにも感じます。
当方の考えとしては規制ばかりの未来へ続く思考をも潰すまったくもって下らないとも感じています。 ぜひとも池田様のご意見をお聞かせ下さい。
