NATO is an alliance not forced aid. If America wants to be trusted then tell the rebels in Dafur to think about their children first. Tell the Sudan no more Arab incursion into Black Africa. Then lastly tell Belgium and France to compensate Rwanda for their lack of assistance to genoocide. After these three task had been accomplished then could dialogue begin. So so sad.no glory, no power,no strength no nothing, except corrupted and undignified African leaders who don't understand and feel the psychological racial setbacks in statements such as 'foriegn aid, handouts" Yet they continue.
