A very important point to note is the fact that Nassif is being quite heroic in his quest. He's dealing with a powerful magazine using bold and straight words. Most important of all: he's doing that by using the very, very traditional means of good journalism, which is something we rarely see in Brazil. The readers are actually unused to it! They can't even recognize the fact! The way people are helping Nassif through his blog is also interestng: it may give the beginning of an answer to a very important question of our times: what will be the role of bloggers and journalists in the Web 3.0 journalism? Judging from this episode, it seems that the journalist can be some kind of maestro, someone who chooses among the resources brought by the "amateurs", that is, the readers. Interesting.
