Well, if that’s true than our government can’t be more stubid than now. They have already reached the lower limit of the scholarships, cause my B-grade scholarship lasted 2 or 3 days, and now they want cut off from the top. If they want to save some money then they shouldn’t bother with it. To get “A”s on all the subjects would cost you more than the entire A-grade scholarship. Who needs an A and have resources for it, will get it.
