Misi writes about the popularity of African prints: “Everywhere you turn, Ankara is in-demand; you see people wearing ‘Ghana’, ‘Ivory Coast’ and ‘London Wax’ Ankaras. And the best part of it all is that it is affordable, in some cases cheaper than buying a cell phone recharge card.”

  • If there is one area where West Africa is clearly leading the charge it’s African fashion. Not only do they wear it but they wear it loud and proud as it should be. Articles like this just warm me up. This is definitely one of the things I want to see more of in Africa.

  • very good news on the fashion front

    Blessings to one and all
