Am I then wrong in thinking that Cameroon/Kamerun was colonised by Germany in 1884, and remained a German colony till the end of WW1? Is there absolutely no trace of the German language left there any more?

Take away the borders and Africans all over the world speak the same language. The way they argue and talk is so similar to blogs I read from Kenya and Zim. I guess we truly all share one continent
