		<description>Whatever the outcome of these elections is it is massive step forwards in comparison to the previous ones. LTP is like a breathe of fresh air, nothing like Stepan Demirchyan or even his ex-com Dad. Political proccesses in the country are very encouraging. Just look at Serzh putting so much effort into his speeches and rallies. Either my morning coffee is very good, or I really sense a very positive change towards...hmmm...democracy.</description>
