I am not familiar with either the Israeli Constitution or their system of judicial review, however, if theirs are generally similar to the U.S. counterparts, it would seem that the best hope for thwarting this oppression of free speech lies in bringing forth a test case in Israeli courts and winning there. Protest demonstrations are fine, but, unlike judicial review, they tend not to block future repetitions of this kind of behavior.

		<description>I hope this law isn&#039;t passed. As elsewhere, possibly well-meaning law makers just don&#039;t seem to get the internet or web culture. Standing up for &quot;moral&quot; behavior online must seem like an easy way to score points as a politician.</description>
