How about travel to Sao Paolo?

I have just checked the Health Ministry website and it says that the risk area is the northwest part of São Paulo state – no worries about the capital. The Brazil Travel Blog says it is over Santos, Guarujá, Ilhabela, Ubatuba and the rest of the coast of the state.
