But it's my mistake. Unfortunately for me, the source was Suketu Mehta's Bombay Maximal, so I can't exactly link to it. I'm sure there are web-based sources on encounter-killings in India, but it's more of a matter of degree than a refutation. If I didn’t know you wouldn’t do such a thing, I’d swear they weren’t there when I posted my comment. But it’s my mistake.

Unfortunately for me, the source was Suketu Mehta’s Bombay Maximal, so I can’t exactly link to it. I’m sure there are web-based sources on encounter-killings in India, but it’s more of a matter of degree than a refutation.
