I'm currently writing a report on Innovation in Chile, and R$D in Chile; finding relevant sources has not been easy. It's particularly frustrating if you consider that this report will eventually render only 3 pages (at best) in a webpage boasting Chile's attractiveness for foreign investment. Anyway, your article was refreshing and pointed new lines of action. Thanks a lot. I only wanted to thank you.
