Na medida que ele exerceu um dominio aparente sob a direcao da arquitetura brasileira e na medida que chamou para si na decada de 50 o patrocinio do governo ele moldou mas atrasou. His apparent control over the direction of Brazilian and the fact that he collected the government contracts in the 50s shaped but also deformed.
