I yearn for some logical analysis about Cuba on Global Voices Online that focuses on substantive issues. So I’ll play the game. Today’s burning question is whether or not Chavez threw a fit or took in stride the results of the Venezuela’s reforms referendum. I don’t know and I don’t think it is significant.
