The government is going to announce that the state of emergency is unconstitutional because apparently the constitution says that the government must announce it and it should be signed by the Minister of Defense, reports Lebanese blogger Eliedh.

    There certainly has been a rash of situations like this lately. I’ve only been following the one in Pakistan in detail but they seem to be a convenient method of creating a dictatorship from the inside. With the United States condoning the move in Pakistan now must be the opportune time to take this action knowing they won’t face reprisal from the world’s police force.
