Merdjen says that Turkmen national football team thrashed Hong Kong in the second round of the 2010 FIFA World Cup Asian zone qualifiers, thus joining the group stage of World Cup 2010.

    Correction: Not the group stage of the World Cup, but the group stage of the Asian zone qualifiers of the World Cup. :) This is a big difference. :))
