The file Shi Tao revealed, it's a notification from General Office of the Communist Party of China and General Office of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, telling the newspaper editors what should not be published. It's should not be listed as classified according to the "Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets" and the file itself violated the freedom of speech protected by the Constitution of P.R.C. and should be considered illegal.

The ruling party and the government give an order to the journalists which violated the freedom of speech and the journalist who reveals that was sentenced 10 years in prison.

Here is the cry for injustice.

Journalists are not above the law. Shi Tao violated China's security laws on classified information. Such laws exists in US also.

And Yahoo didn't do anything AT&T didn't do for the US government. Do you know who Chi Mak is? US government thrown him in jail for sending some public presentation he gave at IEEE converence to China.

The docuement is public-domain, and is freely available to the world.

Where's the cry for injustice?
