And to reiterate to those who are still confused.. you don't need a US Credit/debit/prepaid card. You can withdraw from your Philippine Credit/debit/prepaid card.

What is NOT allowed is a Bank transfer. Meaning, you can not send funds from your PayPal to your ATM/Cheque/Savings Bank account. You need a US bank for that.

This problem was and has been knocking at Paypals door for so long. At last they had done something with it. This is a breakthrough for Filipinos like me who has payment transactions abroad. Before, the only way one could accept payments via internet ouside abroad to Philippines, is to have some trusted friend to make one for you, and send the money via xoom or in cash.
Thanks to this new update Paypal had. We dont need to worry about receiveing money via internet, especially Paypal. The only thing is, it takes 5 days. Nonetheless, this is a great job Paypal had.
