Estrada committed a crime, so the punishment is just right. BUT, it's still partial justice for us Filipinos, because HE IS NOT THE ONLY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WHO HAD MADE SUCH A CRIME! OTHERS ARE WORST!!!!!Its just like "an elephant story... where one touches one part and calls it 'an elephant', which the truth is really NOT, but just a part!"
What does this Justice system/institution think about us? Blind people?!!!!!!!!!
Now, I want to be straight to the point.. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo SHOULD UNDERGO SAME PROCESS OF CONVICTION.. should undergo impeachment trial just like Estrada.
SHE IS WORSE THAN HIM. SHE DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRITY AT ALL AND IS TOTALLY OUT OF MORAL VALUES!!!!! ESTRADA HAD SERVED HIS SENTENCE. BUT ARROYO JUST WANTED TO BE FORGIVEN?!!! WHAT A SLAP ON THE FACE TO THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!
Her beahvior is like a child.. made mistakes and just said sorry to another child, and after that moves like nothing happens and accepts apologies even it was not given to her.
ISN'T this enough for us to get humiliated?!! by other countries? for how stupid, idiot country we are?!
NOW THAT ESTRADA WAS PARDONED.. if i were him.. I'd RATHER BE IN JAIL WITH MY HEAD'S UP, THAN WALK OUTSIDE LIKE HER WITHOUT INTEGRITY!!
Anyway, it's less shameful for Estrada what had happened. IT'S MORE DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL TO ARROYO, to keep his office which in the first place was not for her!, THAT SHE ACTUALLY JUST GRABBED AND STOLE IT from the people. SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT AT ALL!!
just a comment for the writing that the poor, idoizes him because of his movies.. it's very bias! the upperclass just manipulated the poor people to go against estrada, because tehy wanted to secure their own interest, because ESTRADA PRIORITIZED THE POOR AND NOT THEM.
