I sent an error to you. Actually Joe’s blog is on Yahoo.360. That is why he can get so many hits on his sight from Vietnamese in Vietnam. If his blog was on “Blogger” it would not be reached by many Vietnamese because “blogger” is bocked by many of the ISP’s in Vietnam.

It was the Canadian Joe who wrote that entry, and your question was asked by quite a few of his Vietnamese readers so he made a later post clarifying that the entry was satirical.
