this is completely wrong sanjay dutt has changed a lott he is a good humanbeing why do wanna make somebody’s life worst if he has chaged his carrier this is just to show that we r equal to everybody why dont police directly get hold of dawood ibrahim nobody has answer
Sanjaya Dutta has suffered a lot and it would have been better had there been less sever judgement.
Last year in October, I had wrote something related with Sanjaya Dutta and his portrayal of Munnabhai. You can read it here;http://changeinnepal.blogspot.com/2006/10/munna-bhai-our-civil-society_10.html.
Anyway, I hope that Supreme court will take into congnizance his transformed self. No need to incarcerate anybody who is already transformed. Incarceration is meant for refinement also; not only for holding the supremacy of rule of law. With sentencing for 6 years’ imprisonment, law has taken its route and established its supremacy. Now, it is time for supreme court to be merciful towards an already transformed citizen.

Hi Neha, thanks for linking :) For what it’s worth, I think Sanjay’s probably a nice guy but nice guys pay the time all the same.
Sixteen months in prison, 14 years of agony not knowing what the outcome would be.When the the curtain finally fell , well, they crucified him. But, whatever the outcome maybe regarding his bail, i personally feel he will come out even more stronger person.I quote a line which Baba said in Rendezvou with Simi ( a chat show) when asked by the host, Does he ever asks himself why his life has been such full of tragic events……His answer was simple ” maybe he thinks he is the chosen one”.
I don’t know how the justice system in India works but i sincerely hope the Supreme court sees Baba not as a star but as a down to earth human being. After being released on Oct 1995, there must have been a certain restraint put upon him by State, and as for as i think till the day he was thrown to prison again he has not violated one of them. Doesn’t it say something ?

Kathmandu.
I think Munna should have been given a bye this time.
my take on the whole matter here –
http://desi-chhora.blogspot.com/2007/08/munna-bhai.html
what Sanjay did was wrong but he has allready paid the penalty for it, and the 14 years of uncertainty, and finally a wrong verdict for 6 years is not right, if the Judge did want to give some punisment may be he could have made Sanjay teach a few young ones to speak English or any other language, he could have made him pay some of his earnings to charity,or he could have made him know or have some knowledge of some other religions, any community service but not waste his time in the jail.
Also should take into consideration his family background a very good Father and Mother he had, 2 very good sisters all of them will not support wrong.
So in short let Sanjay live a normal life and not get involved with so called friends who give bad advice and who do not live a good life.
