Mario, in El Alto, cannot upload the pictures fast enough, so he decides to send them by cell phone to his friend in Oruro, so he can upload the pictures while Mario writes text. All that so people can be informed from a different kind of source about what is going on at that moment in El Alto. Isn't that cool?
