		<description>In Hawaii we have a huge nut/fruit eating rat problem,
and I&#039;ve been telling everyone, we should LEARN
to eat rats.  My friend who was in Vietnam said
it tastes like &#039;chicken&#039;.  

In Thailand they marinate the meat and make Rat-ka-bobs.
We attract rats by growing, eating foods they love,
now it&#039;s our turn to figure this out!

And, according to the Larousse Gastronomique, rats are still eaten in some parts of France. In fact, this recipe appears in that famous tome. ...
