		<description>During WW11, Soviet propaganda post cards were dropped at various battle fronts in an attempt to discourage the Germans futile attempt to invade Russia. As a collector of philaticle interest including postal history, I would appreciate your help and advice as to how and where I can obtain such material. In view of recent furore between the FSB and GB&#039;s intelligence service, a direct request on this matter would I feel, be out of the question.
