The Oulemas should award Emad Mohamed "Dodi" al-Fayed the title. al-Fayed was the Egyptian Muslim boyfriend of Princess Diana. The Queen probably wished Diana rather be dead, than to see her grandchildren have an Egyptian Muslim as their "father". Somehow, conveniently, the Queen got her wish.
