Others: not that many computers to a induvidual
Not to many people can afford a pc and cost of hook-up

Quite a few people blog about Nicaragua on NicaLiving. Many of the people live in Nicaragua, others just have an interest.

I have had an "individual" blog various times but I like the idea that blogging about something particular (in this case, Nicaragua) appears in one place along with discussion forums and other content. Fits in with my some experiences with Linux.
