We definitely need to make sports as comfortable as possible for the players. I propose we ban any places that are over 1000m high, must be at least 500m high (to avoid the sea breeze), also humidity must be between 25% and 50% percent (not too dry, not too moist). Temperature must be exactly 18 degrees celsius, which is proven to be the best temperature a person can play at according to "several studies" of people I've met at the bar. Cities that have many cats and dogs should also be avoided, so that it doesn't trigger any allergies that players may have. White and black people should be banned from the stadium, only people with an average skin color should be allowed, to avoid distracting the players with the high-contrast crowd. If your country is a major honey producer, you can't host games, because the risk of a bee stinging a player is too high.

i think the fifa's decision to ban stadium at such a height is understandable. while the bolivian players might be all right playing in their home ground, what about others, who will not be able to withstand the extreme that exist at such height.

at such height, the air is thin and there is lack of oxygen. you have to consider this for other players who will not be able to play their game.
