I am not sure whether I have overlooked or the writer has edited the post... as i remember when i read it, the line goes as 中環裡最坏的一個商場, but i admit i might have mistaken 中环 (central) and 中坏 (bad). so i edit the title back to &quot;a mall in central&quot;, following what i read now.

however, whether the story is all about professionalism of the ifc workers is open to reading. as some comments pointed out, it is about class differentiation in central. the title is &quot;why?&quot; a question mark of what the worker are doing, standing there for hours. of course some also read it as professionalism...</description>

Just some feedback on this clip - I was totally misled by the title of this extract.  The original article from Chia Ching was a response to a question someone asked Chia Ching - why spend time writing personal blog when you are already so busy reporting news and she quoted the scene she experienced at IFC.  The story was really not about IFC but the professionalism of the staff there.</description>
