Though India has achieved tremendously in science and technology, ecconomiclly,in education, civilisation and what not, just name,it is there on the top of the ist,the media has completely failed in proecting the country the way it deserve.Indian media is busy in proecting the country's negative points forgetting totally, the achievments.
I appreciate the ability of Bharka Dutt but it is unfortunate and regrettable that she is wasting all her ability on trivial subects like Urvashi killing,Modi of Gurat etc.
I opine that she must focus on the international issues involving Indian citizens, developing new relatioship between India and oil rich countries, business bet ween India and GCC states(where there is a lot of money available).
Indians are being looked as poor people and downtrodden people by the oil rich countries. But the phillippinos are respected and no harm is done to them, because their Government is successful in getting the manpower protection agreement with GCC states, whereas the Indian Government has failed to do so.If the Indian Government which elected by the people cannot protect the tights of the citizens then there is no insult and shame than this.
Let me put a live example,The present Saudi Arabia is built by Indians mainly and several Indians have sacrificed their lives even, but not a dot size of credit has been given to them.
Is it not the responsibility of Our Government to show the strength of our country?
Thank you

Very nice, but somebody please tell Lakeland Community College that if they are giving a course on Bollywood, a good step would be to learn than Bollywood isn't all the emovies of India, it is only Hindi language popular (i.e. non-arthouse)movies made in Bombay (hence the B).

Nice to know that Bollywood movies are getting some international attention. There are some exciting directors to watch out for, like Anurag Kashyap, Vishal Bhardwaj and Nagesh Kukunoor to name a few.

Besides YouTube there are other sites like Indya.com, but you have to pay a couple of dollars to watch Bollywood-related shows.

Bollywood is fun.

Enjoy!

This is awesome. I was introduced to Bollywood for the first time when traveling in India for the Delhi Summit and loved all the movies I saw; some heartwarming and some absolutely kitschy, but all so fun.
