		<description>Remember, the expats come to work in Qatar because they need to. They sign contracts before they come and everyone has a brother, cousin or neighbour who is here.  Therefore to blame it all and feel pitty for the employees who in their awaken and consicous state of mind signed their contract would be silly if not irresponsible.  If they do not wish to be here, simply don&#039;t come!</description>
