Are there finally incentives/programs in Guadeloupe or other Caribbean countries that people can take advantage of in order to have renewable energy?
stephens, the Dominican Republic recently adopted a renewables incentives law. Barbados proposed some tax breaks for solar and wind in its energy plan, and I believe (but would have to check and confirm) that Jamaica has some modest incentives. Hope this helps.
