Can anyone tell me that the PX Project is on or has it been relocated?

Translation: I want to tell everybody that the government is now just biding its time, waiting until everyone cools down and forgets, then they’ll keep going. They say they’re waiting for the environmental assessment. Will it be of any use? They’ve decided to keep going, there’s no way to stop it. This is an excuse and nothing more.
