He may have won the Nobel, but could he win the Bangladeshi elections? Journal of a Disturbed Mind on Dr Yunus contesting the elections. “He may find 300 honest and competent candidates, but will he find even 150 popular candidates from different seats to win the next election. Very difficult, no doubt. Because popularity is the X factor here, simon cowell would say.”

    We welcome Dr. Yunus to Bangladesh politics. He is a man of vision, integrity and commitment. He is the leader of new generation with knowledge of modern technology and innovative ideas.
    He is capable changing the present political culture and develop a new Bangladesh.
    This journey of him will be less troublesome than his journey in microcredit from Jobra village to Nobel Prize.

    Hope that people from their localities will able to choose 300 capable candidates for the next election.
